Guide to Buying in Lost Sword

Follow the guide to a T as everything is stated. If it was not mentioned, then you probably shouldn't be doing whatever you think it is!

(Was done on LDPlayer)(If it works for you and you are using another emulator let me know)(If you are EU be weary that even if you do this method it's in the hands of your bank at the end of the day they can choose to stop your purchases)

  1. Sign out of all email accounts on your phone.

    (If using an emulator, create a new instance.) (Want a fresh start)

  2. Create a new Gmail account.

    (literally just make one)

  3. Once you finish step 2, go to payments.google.com

    (This is essentially the browser.)

  4. Set your location as South Korea in the drop-down boxes.

    (Below the card Details)

    Now Input your card details. Search for a random address in South Korea and fill it in, then hit save. (For your card details, it's okay to enter your name and other information that is on your card.)

  5. Download QooApp from the browser (Chrome or whatever browser you use).
  6. Search for the OVPNspider APK and Download it

    (I got mine from APKPure)(you can try other vpns but OVPNspider worked for me so that's what I'll recommend).

  7. Open QooApp.

    You can enter as a guest, but to download the game, you'll need to set the age to 17+ and create a Qooapp account if you don't have one. If you have a Gmail account, you can use that to sign in.(Can add your own Gmail to login to it's fine as long as you have the new one u created still there)

  8. Now that you are signed in to QooApp, download the game.

    No need to touch the VPN just yet. Log into the game and add your Gmail that is linked to your account by clicking on gmail which is one of the options to sign in and box will appear showing you your emails on the device if your email with your account progress is not there add it. Download all resources/files and enter the game. Then close the game.

  9. As you noticed, we haven't opened Google Play yet.

    It's important that you didn't; if you did open it at any time, restart everything you just read above. Now open OVPNspider, and there will be a tab that says "KR." There will be several servers for you to connect to; try one until your notification tab says "connected" (it will show kanji/Japanese letters to indicate it's working and active).

  10. With the VPN active, open Google Play now.

    You should see some Korean text here and there; you can now exit that.(Not everything will be in korean obviously because there is games/apps that are global and are in english)

  11. Start your game (keep the VPN on).
  12. Go to what you want to buy and click on it.
  13. You will get the same pop-up you normally see when buying anything on Google Play.
  14. They will ask you to complete a security check (PIN, password, etc. for buying). Do what feels best for you, and you should be able to purchase whatever you want with your card.

    (If by any chance you crash while trying to apply your security check you can go to your google play settings in the playstore and toggle it manually then return to the game to purchase)

Reminder:

There is a possibility that your bank may try to decline your purchases. You can call them to let it through if you care enough, but I personally didn't get blocked. (Disclaimer: I don't know if they plan to block my purchases on this Gmail in the future; I won't know until the time comes. Your bank and cards should be fine; the email may just get locked, but that's okay since it's a dummy account anyway.)(if by any chance your korean email is not ur default main email for purchases you can do the step that requires u to open the playstore before instead of after opening the game once)
