Following this attack, Chaka inflicts 2 stacks of Defense Down on all enemies affected. Hitting an enemy with a basic attack reduces this skill's cooldown by 1 second. Cooldown: 18 seconds.
2 Reduces cooldown to 16 seconds. Increases damage to 750% of Attack and cone-shaped damage to 325% of Attack.
3 Reduces cooldown to 14 seconds. Increases damage to 800% of Attack and cone-shaped damage to 350% of Attack.

B-tier overall: fun burst windows and a spiteful Confused death proc, but he lacks the staying power of higher Assault picks once the Ultimate buffs fall off.
