Starts empty in Simple view (SS through C). Switch to Advanced Layout for the same role columns as the site tier list. On desktop, drag from the pool or select a tier row / cell and tap a character. On mobile, use Select character, Tier row, and Place. Copy the URL to share your list. Reset clears the list.
