Jumpin' Jack Flash

Jumpin' Jack Flash Attack Speed for the team is nice, and Components Launch kites melee. C-tier: the zone fantasy is cool for ranged comps, but uptime and personal impact are too low to justify a Support slot over Tonio/Giorno/Kenzou.
