Upon casting the Ultimate, Tonio immediately heals all allies within 3 tiles for 30% of his Max HP and permanently boosts his passive HP restoration by 50% for the rest of the battle, stacking up to 2 times. When Tonio is affected by any strong crowd-control effect, his passive HP restoration is disabled for 3 seconds.
2 Increases passive HP restoration to 1.5% of Tonio's Max HP and active HP restoration to 32% of Tonio's Max HP.
3 Increases passive HP restoration to 2% of Tonio's Max HP and active HP restoration to 34% of Tonio's Max HP.
