Effects
- Base Grants the middle row Luminary with the highest attack of the [Legacy] effect: Whenever it applies a Buff Status to other allies, the target additionally receives an attack bonus equal to 24% of the caster's current attack (up to 100% of the target's attack), lasting for 4s, non-stackable. Additionally, during the effect duration, the target heals for 4% of the damage dealt after each attack.
