[Spirit Shackles] Increases the shield granted to self by 75%, and during the Shield Formation duration, increases Damage Reduction of other ally Luminaries within the formation by 100%.

Enemies taking damage from [Dark Shield] will lose HP equal to 40% of their Max HP over the next 5s (doesn't affect bosses and cannot exceed 200% of the caster's Max HP). Consecutive applications of this effect will only reset the duration and cannot stack.

Enemies taking damage from [Dark Shield] will lose HP equal to 48% of their Max HP over the next 5s (doesn't affect bosses and cannot exceed 240% of the caster's Max HP). Consecutive applications of this effect will only reset the duration and cannot stack.

[Spirit Shackles] Increases the shield granted to self by 120%, and during the Shield Formation duration, increases Damage Reduction of other ally Luminaries within the formation by 160%.
