What units and cards are the best ones to aim for when rerolling in Star Savior.

Like most gacha games, I don't really recommend rerolling since it takes a huge amount of time because of the RNG, but for people who enjoy the process, let's talk about what units and cards are the best ones to aim for.
About rerolling on Star Savior, assuming the same treatment as the KR server:
- 10 minutes per reroll
- 4% SSR, 2% for rate-up or 1% if it's Light/Dark
- 10,000 gems for new players + a couple multis
Overall it's recommended to reroll for an Arcana card instead of characters so you can get better Journey saves early on, but this depends on how you prefer to play the game.

On release we are getting the Counter:Side collaboration.
I'm going to assume they are strong and the recommended pick to reroll, but since that's new even on the KR server, I'll list alternatives below.
Highest priority for Asherah: Waltz of Starlight since she is (at the time of writing this guide) the best character in the game.
Lacy and Emilly can be used on any content so they're safe options to get too.
Anything on SS on the tier list can be a safe pick depending how many hours you are willing to reroll.
Arcana cards
Arcana cards affect directly your Journey saves and how good the final output will be.
In my opinion, the best Arcana cards to get for a new player are Lacy, Charlotte, Bunnygirl Claire and Petra.
Those four are recommended on most of the Korean builds I've seen since release regardless of the character.
